*Punctum

With love.

Sometimes I find myself inside a pocket of time that is ripe with possibility. Inside this precious, hidden place, the world appears heartbreakingly bright. It is dancing with color and life and everywhere I look is uncannily, uncomfortably beautiful.

During such a moment - which in this case lasted five minutes - I took these five photographs on my mother’s porch.

I realized recently that a site I made about 6 years ago is still up and running.  I made it for the project I was working on at the time, “Spiritual Materialism/Movement,” which was my thesis exhibition at NYU. This project was a mixture of two parts - still photos and videos.

I am back up in Red Feather Lakes, CO. Below is the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya. It’s one of my favorite places. I will go there today and try to settle into being here again.
