In 1999, I studied at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and realized my passion for photography. I went on to receive my BFA in Photography and Digital Imaging from NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, and later my MA in Arts Education from the University of Denver.
For me, photography is a direct and special way of connecting with the world around me and the people in it. I'm always amazed that I love it as much as I do after all these years. Whether I'm shooting head shots, photographing your family at home on a lazy Sunday morning, or documenting your wedding day, being a part of your experience is always an honor and is truly a joy. I feel lucky to be able to do what I love, and to share it with others.
My photographs have been published in numerous places including The New York Times, Yahoo!, The Hartford Courant, Here is New York: A Democracy of Photographs, Die Tageszeitung, World Hunger Year, and the cover of Falling Man by Don Dellilo.
I live and work in Denver, CO, but I am happy to travel for weddings and other shoots.
