Lucia asked me to photograph her lovely, kind, gorgeous family, which includes herself, her husband Steve, their son Zion, their daughter Imani, and a new baby on the way. We met at a small farm in Longmont, and we were so fortunate that it was a magnificent, bright fall morning. It was so much fun! Many thanks to all of you, and more photos are coming soon!
Emily and Brett!
It was an absolute honor to photograph Emily and Brett's wedding last week. What a spacious, sparkling day!...And what a spacious, sparkling, inspiring pair. Thank you so very much. Many more photos to come!
Oh, How Autumnal!
I had a very picturesque autumn day today: pumpkins, toddlers, falling leaves... and I thought I ought to share.
Lovely, Lovely Love
I was so very glad to go to Vermont recently to photograph Kate and Ming getting married! It was just an impeccable, delicious, beautiful, touching, wonderful wedding filled with good friends and good cheer. And tons of love! Lovely, lovely love.
Here is a small sample of the bagillions of photos I took.
Hurricane Dodging
Zoe and I went home to visit my family on the East Coast, and although we endured a hurricane, tons and tons of (non-hurricane-related) rain, and the very real possibility of aftershocks from the recent earthquake, we had a fairly uneventful and very lovely time. We went to the beach and played lots of cards, some kitchen-table-tennis, and a bit of bocce ball. We also went to Floyd, VA to visit some friends that I haven't seen in a long time, one of whom just had a new baby: Atticus Kai. Oh me, oh my!
Birthday Girl
Little Athena Rose turned one recently, and I was there at her party to snap a few photos of her goofing around with her family. What a sweet, smushy little girl. Congratulations Mark and Maggie on a year well done! It is no small accomplishment. And happy birthday, dear Athena!
Jewelry Time is Fun Time!
A couple weeks ago my friend Marian asked me to do some candid shoot of models (friends) wearing her new line of jewelry. I was thrilled.
